Our 8th grade program at Hickory Creek was designed to educate the next generation of Strivers and to encourage kids to continue Patrick’s legacy of the 5 pillars; in particular by being a good friend and person in general.
Middle school can be a difficult time for kids and we would like to inspire young people to be true to themselves and others.
The memorial award is given to one worthy recipient from each team at Hickory Creek, chosen by the staff, administrators and support staff. These young people will have chosen to go the extra mile by seeking out help when needed or showing encouragement to friends and classmates or just helping out in the community voluntarily.
